Valve Mounting Kits

Our high speed valve mounting kit manufacturing service enables us to offer a comprehensive range of valve mounting kits either tailored to suit individual requirements or from our extensive stock held at Hoylake.

     

All mounting kits are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001. Using the latest Finite Element Analysis computer design package, they can be rigorously analysed to ensure the components are 'fit for purpose' by calculating the stress, strain and deformation likely to occur, based on the design geometry, material and environmental conditions.

We also provide specialised mounting kit zero backlash designs for demanding control applications.
