Phase Check Valves

The Phase range of sprung disc check valves have been designed to ensure the elimination of reverse flow. Our check valves are made in Great Britain, in our factory in Birkenhead.

Description

The standard stocked range features Class 150 and 300 rated designs, which are available in sizes 15mm to 100mm. Standard materials of construction are 316 stainless steel with an Inconel spring.

Non-standard designs, sizes and materials are available upon request.

Design Range: Wafer pattern, sprung disc check valve to BS EN 558 Series 49 (Short Pattern) and Series 52 (Long Pattern) face to face
Sizes: 15mm to 100mm
Temperatures: up to 590 Deg C
Typical Applications: Gas, Water, Acids, Alkalis & Salt Solutions
Seat: Metal Seated with Tight Shut-off
Pressure Range: Class 150 & 300 (PN10/16 and JIS 5K/10K on request)
Materials: 316 Stainless Steel Body, Disc, Spring and Retainer (exotics available on request)
Springs: Materials in austenitic stainless steel or Inconel, springs for low opening pressure (Additional springs are available i.e. for reduced opening times, elevated temperatures)
Connections: As per EN 1092-1 Form B1 (B2 available on request) and ASME RF (Other connections available on request)
Available on Request: Pickled and free from oil, grease and silicone
