Assurance
At
Heap & Partners we have always prided ourselves on our test
facilities and the quality of the work we produce. We became one
of the first companies in our industry to gain the old BS 5750
Part II quality approval back in 1982. However the company has
not stood still. Today we hold the highest quality approval ISO
9001:2008 audited and approved by LRQA.
Our
approval was renewed 11th June 2009.
The
company has also gained PED approval for the modification and
assembly of valves. Our range of JM
Flex rubber expansion bellows have also gained approval
to carry the CE mark.
RETURNS POLICY
In
line with our Health & Safety procedures, equipment which
has been used on any service other than water must be cleaned
prior to return and must be accompanied by a signed certificate
of cleanliness. Please click here
to download a template. Goods received without supporting documentation
will be rejected and all associated costs charged to the customer's
account.
We endeavour to investigate and resolve all returns in the shortest
possible time scale and to issue credit notes promptly where our
investigation indicates that there has been a failure on our part.
Where returned product is tested and found to operate satisfactorily,
a test report detailing our findings will be issued and the goods
returned to the customer, irrespective of whether repalcements
have been supplied in the interim. No credit will be given in
this instance.
As
part of our ongoing commitment to quality and customer service,
